Sprenger Health Care Systems has broken ground on a new 105 bed sub-acute nursing and assisted living facility in Bluffton, South Carolina. The property is located at 60 Okatie Blvd. The facility will consist of 65 assisted living beds and 40 skilled nursing beds and will be approximately 76,621 sq. ft.
