Sprenger Port Royal
Conficare RE, in conjunction with Sprenger Health Care Systems, designed and developed Beaufort’s premier Health Campus located in Port Royal, just minutes from downtown historic Beaufort in the Low Country of South Carolina. This project is Sprenger’s first health campus in South Carolina and the first campus developed by Conficare RE with Sprenger Health Care.
The campus, which combined modern amenities with classic Southern charm, was designed to offer a complete continuum of care in which the resident can select the level of care that most suits their needs. The campus features a 65 private room skilled nursing wing including a state-of-art 3000 square foot therapy gym. In addition, the campus offers 45 beautiful private assisted living suites with multiple floor plans.
Some unique amenities include a breathtaking great hall and social lounge with 20 foot ceilings and nightly social hour, a warm and inviting bistro, four internal courtyards including outdoor patios in both the assisted living and skilled nursing wings, an outdoor fireplace and fire pit for roasting oysters and seafood, a playground for visiting family members, a putting green and a gazebo overlooking its own pond. Also included are multiple living rooms with coastal design influences, a chapel, two stylish separate dining areas with outdoor patio seating, a private dining room for special occasions and a state-of-art therapy gym; all provided for the use and enjoyment of its residents, their families, and invited guests.
