Magnolia Springs (Cincinnati MSA)
Conficare RE, in conjunction with Grandview Care, Inc. and Magnolia Springs, LLC, designed and developed Florence’s premier assisted living facility located off Ewing Boulevard, just minutes from exit 180 from I-75 and downtown Florence. This project is Conficare’s sixth Magnolia Springs property it has developed.
The three-story community includes 89 assisted living apartments and 22 memory care units with multiple studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor layouts. This Magnolia Springs Senior Living community is professionally designed with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings and finishes; reflecting a feeling of home. Amenities abound starting with its full-service restaurant, the Bistro Café, Theatre Room, Beauty Salon, Wellness Center, Private Dining Rooms and multiple courtyards and scenic walking paths; all provided for the use and enjoyment of its residents, their families and invited guests.
Some unique features of Magnolia Springs Florence include its large three-story grand lobby with natural stone flooring and curved staircases; high ceilings with crown molding, multiple roof lines with hips, valleys, gables and decorative vents; brick and stone façade enveloping the entire building; a circular entrance drive with a beautifully constructed covered canopy; multiple personal patios or balconies; and an energy efficient heating and cooling system utilizing geothermal technology.
