Knowledge of OASIS and home health care as well as high-tech skills is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess strong documentation and clinical skills and possess a willingness to use/learn paperless clinical system.

Home Health PT’s and PTA’s

ConfiCare Home Health Solutions is seeking per diem Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants for Medicare visits in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. Knowledge of home health care is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess strong documentation and clinical skills and possess a willingness to use/learn paperless clinical system.
