Home Health RN’s

ConfiCare Home Health Solutions is seeking full time and per diem nurses for Medicare visits in Lakeland and surrounding communities. Knowledge of OASIS and home health care as well as high-tech skills is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess strong documentation and clinical skills and possess a willingness to use/learn paperless clinical system.

Home Health PT’s, PTA’s, OT’s and COTA’s

ConfiCare Home Health Solutions has a strong need for full time and per diem therapists for Medicare visits in Lakeland and surrounding communities. Knowledge of home health care is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess strong documentation and clinical skills and possess a willingness to use/learn paperless clinical system.
