ConfiCare Home Health Solutions is seeking full time and per diem nurses and therapists for Medicare visits in Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie Counties. Knowledge of OASIS and home health care is preferred. Applicants should possess strong documentation and clinical skills and possess a willingness to use/learn paperless clinical system.
