ConfiCare Home Health Solutions named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite

{Louisville, KY] – October 14, 2011 – Conficare Home Health Solutions today announced that two of its home care agencies were recently named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite™, a compilation of the topperforming home health agencies in the United States. ConfiCare’s Port Charlotte agency was named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite™ for the first time. ConfiCare’s Jensen Beach agency was named to the 2011 HomeCare Elite™ Top 500 for the third year in a row. Now in its sixth year, the HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25 percent of agencies and further highlights the top 100 and top 500 agencies overall. Winners are ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement, and financial performance.

{Louisville, KY] – May 17, 2010 – ConfiCare Home Health Solutions, LLC today announced the completion of the acquisition of Coastal Health Services, Inc., a Medicare certified home health agency, and Nationwide Nursing Services, Inc., a Florida nurse registry, both based in Jacksonville, Florida.

ConfiCare Home Health Solutions Completes CHAP Accreditation Renewal

{Louisville, KY] – February 24, 2010 –ConfiCare Home Health Solutions recently announced all of its home health agencies located in Florida received its CHAP Accreditation renewal in January 2010, extending its previous accreditation to January 2013. CHAP, Community Health Accreditation Program, is an independent, non-profit accrediting body for community based health care organizations.

"The CHAP accreditation is an important component to our organization as it validates the superior care and work each and every one of our employees do every day. This self-initiated voluntary accreditation separates us from our competition by setting higher standards for ourselves and, as a result, the patients and customers we serve. The CHAP accreditation is something that is not accomplished overnight. It is a set of standards we try to adhere to every day, and I cannot be more proud of this significant accomplishment," states Rob Bush, President of ConfiCare.
