Robert D. Bush, President
Mr. Bush is the President of ConfiCare Home Health Solutions and has over 12 years of executive management experience within various healthcare organizations. He joined ConfiCare in January 2006. Prior to joining ConfiCare, Mr. Bush served as the Vice-President of Dialysis Operations and Vice-President of Financial Case Management with SpectraCare. His professional experience spans numerous health care industries including home health care, home infusion and dialysis. Mr. Bush holds a M.H.A. from Xavier University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Kentucky.
Lori T. Whitlock, CPA, Director of Finance
Ms. Whitlock is the Corporate Director of Finance of ConfiCare Home Health Solutions and has over 12 years of experience in healthcare organizations. She joined ConfiCare in December 2005. Prior to joining ConfiCare, Ms. Whitlock served as Vice-President of Finance with Best Choice Home Health Care. Her professional experience spans numerous health care industries including home health care, nurse staffing, contract therapy, and nursing homes. Ms. Whitlock holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and holds a CPA license in Kentucky.
Laureen A. Mitchell, RN, Corporate Director of Quality Improvement
Ms. Mitchell is the Corporate Director of Quality Improvement of ConfiCare Home Health Solutions. She has been in nursing since 1985, starting in a cardiac telemetry unit and ICU prior to a position as a staff nurse with a VNA in 1987. She has been in home health care for the past 20 years in a variety of positions including staff nurse, quality manager, and corporate quality improvement, to the present position of Corporate Director of Quality Improvement. Present responsibilities include CHAP accreditation, policy and procedures management, oversight of the quality improvement program, and the oversight of the compliance with state and federal regulations. Ms. Mitchell is responsible for change management and system implementation. Ms. Mitchell graduated with her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Donna M. Hodges, Corporate Billing Manager
Ms. Hodges is the Corporate Billing Manager for ConfiCare Home Health Solutions and has been in the home health industry since 1993. She has held positions with various health care companies including accounts receivable specialist, business office manager, collection analyst, to the present position of Corporate Billing Manager. Present responsibilities include billing and collection of ConfiCare’s accounts receivable, bi-weekly payroll processing, and accounts payable entry. Ms. Hodges holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Sullivan College in Louisville, Kentucky.
